OCCUPATION: Legislative Advocate ODS Health Plans. OCCUPATIONAL BACKGROUND: Oregon Judicial Department Multnomah County DUII Intensive Supervision Program. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: J.D. Syracuse University; B.A. Virginia Commonwealth University. PRIOR GOVERNMENTAL EXPERIENCE: Citizen Review Committee, Portland. Rob Milesnick wants to take the ego out of county government. Lately, county commissioners haven't spent enough time listening to us. When they finally do ask for our opinion, the decisions have been made. Rob Milesnick wants to change all that. Because the decisions the county makes are too important for us to be left out of the process. Rob has two qualities essential for a leader: he's willing to listen and he's willing to work hard. - Governor Barbara Roberts Make our county healthier - State Representative Mitch Greenlick Make our county safer Improve our county's schools Make our county a model of sustainability The people who make the County work, members of AFSCME Local 88, want to work with Rob. Rob is a fresh voice and a new leader for Multnomah County. His energy, ideas, and ability to mediate conflict and bring people together are needed now, more than ever. - Beverly Stein, Former Multnomah County Chair Endorsements:
